We believe horses need the freedom to develop relationships within a herd, to move at ease in a safe environment, and, in general, to simply be a horse. At our 120-acre farm, turnout is invaluable, though stalls are available to horses who need it.

Part- and full-time training programs available for equine athletes. Each horse determines his/her individual training levels and abilities. Our training program is designed for sport horses and warmbloods, but all breeds are welcome.
We are dedicated to helping each rider and horse partnership achieve their best together. Rider training focuses heavily on education, self-mastery, and techniques to better recognize, respond to, and engage with our equine partners.
A lifelong horse lover, Jenevieve Hofsommer is passionate about promoting good horsemanship in the sport of dressage. She is a USDF bronze and silver medalist and a 2020 graduate of the USDF L program. She enjoys judging shows and holding clinics to help riders and their horses achieve their goals.
Ebony Oaks Farm is based on the legacy of two horses: Ebony and Oakie. Each of these childhood horses, individually owned by Jenevieve and Cody Hofsommer, inspired their commitment to an equestrian way of life in their early years. Ebony Oaks Farm represents the ongoing, lifelong investment Jenevieve and Cody have made to implementing quality stewardship and high standards for the horses and riders in their care.
